• PACE is unique because the staff is just like family, and it shows. Students are treated as if they were their children, which helps them feel safe and welcome. Teachers and staff hold high expectations for all students and give them many awesome experiences and chances to succeed in different ways. • We have some Awesome After-School Programs to offer our students here at PACE Academy. We have a dynamite Art, Dance & Karate program, that allows the students to be creative, and to show off their talents with a showcase. Karate teaches discipline, balance, coordination, and respect for our students, and they also get to go to Statewide Tournaments to show off their progress and the techniques that they learned. • What makes PACE unique to me is the family feel we have. From the time we enter at the start of the day to the end staff, students and visitors are welcomed and safe. Staff and students are not only taught, we are mentored, hugged, and greeted with love. Throughout the school year, parents and family members are encouraged to be involved and are provided with many opportunities for engagement. We host monthly parent engagement meetings centered around meaningful topics for student success, which include: Title I curriculum nights, as well as additional reading and math workshops, family engagement activities both inside and outside of school, and more.  As any great family should, we have staff members in place who work tirelessly to support our families in transition and student's social-emotional, and educational well-being.  PACE ROCKS!!! – A.
