Jeremaine Kyles, Elementary Assistant Principal
I am Jeremaine Kyles, PACE Academy's Elementary Assistant Principal.  I  have been an educator for 16 years, 11 of which I have served as a school administrator. I attended Eastern Michigan University where I received my undergraduate and masters degrees. Since becoming an educator, my passion has always been giving students the tools to be self-sufficient, self-motivated, and successful. PACE Academy is a great place to work, learn, and teach students who will become future leaders. It is a pleasure to be of service to you and your scholar.

Charles Lesure, Middle School Assistant Principal

I am proud to serve the P.A.C.E. Academy community as Assistant Principal of Middle School.  I believe education is a tool that helps students discover their greatness. In conjunction, all students can achieve greatness through education and self discovery.  I have been a part of the P.A.C.E. family for 8 wonderful years and I love the direction in which we are headed as a school; student academic achievement is our priority.

I graduated from Wayne State University with a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management.  I completed my Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.  Last, I earned an Educational Administration Leadership certificate from the University of Detroit.  I also have ambitions of completing a Doctoral degree in the near future as “Education is Key.”

A component that helps me relate to students is my sports background.  I attended Detroit Pershing High School where I played basketball for the top high school program in the state of Michigan.  This led to me earning an athletic scholarship to Wayne State University for four years.  Cross your fingers for me!!! I was recently nominated to be inducted into Wayne State’s Basketball Hall of fame.

My involvement in youth development exceeds 20 years of service.  My experiences range from coaching sports to administrative leadership.  There is no task that limits me from giving our youth what they need for success.
