2025 Pee-Wee Basketball Registration Form

Welcome to the 2025 Co-Ed Pee-Wee Basketball team registration. Pee-Wee basketball is for boys and girls in Kindergarten - 4th grade. There will be 8 teams of 6 players each. Space is limited and scholars will be added to their grade level team on a first come basis, there will not be try-outs. Practice dates on Fridays after school. Game days are on Saturdays. Registration closes on Friday, October 17th, or when maximum number of player has been reached.

This is an in-house program that will run from November 7th - December 6th, with the first game on Saturday, Nov. 8th.

This form serves as our official participant registration and team dues payment.

Team members are required to:

Have a current physical cleareance, due Nov. 7th.
Participate in fundraising events.
Pay team dues. Dues are $50.00.

Team dues covers the cost of the team t-shirts, coach t-shirts, referee fees and end of season celebration. Team dues must be paid in full in order to play.

We are looking for a few parent volunteers to coach our teams. If you are interested please contact Ms. A. Mullen regarding volunteer training.
