2026 Kalahari Retreat Payments

This is the official Kalahari Retreat Payment Form. Please use this form to make payments on your retreat reservation.

Payments: All payments will be made online. You can pay for your trip in full, or you can use the link over time to make multiple payments as you need. Payment target dates have been set to help you remember to make payments timely.

Reservations must be paid in full by February 28, 2026. There are NO REFUNDS.

Payment #1 - November 28, 2025
Payment #2 - December 26, 2025
Payment #3 - January 30, 2026
Payment #4 - By February 28, 2026 (Final Payment Due Date).

Retreat & Reservation Information:

Dates: March 28- 30, 2026 (Two nights and three days).
Location: Kalahari Resort in Sandusky Ohio. Visit Kalahari online at www.kalahariresorts.com/ohio.
Transportation is on your own.
Room Accommodations: Room options and prices are listed below.
Your reservation includes:
- Waterpark wristbands for four people.
- PACE Family Game Night & Ice Cream Social is also included.
Additional Guests: Room rates are based on 4ppl., additional guests will be charged $50/person, per night.
Once your reservation is made, Ms. A. Mullen will contact you to confirm your reservation and to verify your rooming details.

Room Options: All rooms have a microwave and a small refrigerator. Two and Three bedroom options have full kitchens, a livingroom, and a second or third bathroom.

Option #1: Standard Room: Two Queen beds (sleeps 4).
- $254/night + taxes and resort fees.
Option #2: Double Queen w/Sofa & Balcony: Two Queen beds, sleeper sofa and a balcony, (sleeps 6).
- $274/night + taxes and resort fees.
Option #3: Two Bedroom Kitchen Livingroom Suite: One King bedroom, Two Queen beds Full Kitchen, (sleeps 8).
- $574/night + taxes and resort fees.
Option #4: Three Bedroom Kitchen, Livingroom Suite. One King Bed, Four Queen Beds, Full Kitchen, (sleeps 12).
- $824/night + taxes and resort fees.

Our guest can purchase Pick-N-Play Arcade Cards at a reduced rate, only if purchased in advance. Pick a combo of the following: Mini Golf, Laser Tag, Hang Time, Mirror Maze, Virtual Reality, and 7-D Motion Theater. You can add a Pick-N-Play option below.

Pick-N-Play 6 for $50: 100 Play Credits, 400 Prize tickets, and pick a combination of 6 from the list above.
