Regina Walker, PresidentShe has obtained her Master of Science in Management from Walsh College and is a proud graduate of Eastern Michigan University, where she earned a Business Administration degree in Finance. She has worked in the financial services industry for over 17 years.
Ms. Walker believes in the power of education and that it should be accessible to all because the more you know, the more you grow. She believes that education is the key that unlocks the door to opportunities, and it can be obtained at any point in life.
Just as it is her purpose to ensure her clients are prepared for their financial goals, she also believes our children should be properly prepared for future opportunities that lie ahead for them.
Ms. Walker volunteers with various organizations within her community and enjoys the opportunity of giving back. The joy of Ms. Walker’s life is her two natural-born daughters, her grand-pup Rein, and the many additional children that call her mom.Term Expiration: 2/8/2027
Robynn Diamond Gamble, Vice PresidentPresently, she serves as the Court Administrator for the 30th District Court in Highland Park, where she is responsible for planning and directing all non-judicial operations of the court, including the development and implementation of policies, budget oversight, and directing human resources initiatives.
Ms. Diamond Gamble remains committed to her undergraduate university and serves on the executive board for the Oakland University Black Alumni Chapter. She is also a dedicated member of the Pontiac Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., where she presently holds the position of Historian.
Her personal motto, adopted from her alma mater (CAU), is “I'll Find a Way or Make One"! She plans to utilize the same energy and passion as she supports PACE’s staff, parents, and, most importantly, students in their aims of realizing and maximizing their fullest potential.
Ms. Diamond Gamble is married to a public school teacher, and the two are adjusting to the empty nest syndrome as their children have lovingly abandoned them to pursue their own collegiate and career-related aspirations. However, this leaves greater opportunity for service and providing support to their respective communities. Ms. Diamond Gamble is ecstatic to now be a part of the PACE community.
Harriet C. Rice, TreasurerBefore she pursued an upholstery entrepreneurship, she was employed at AT&T, also known as Michigan Bell, Ameritech, and Southwestern Bell Corporation, for a career stretching over 25 years. During this employment, she worked in various Management positions, such as Supervisor, Business Analyst, Development, and Project Manager. She retired from AT&T in 2001.
One year following her retirement from AT&T, she worked at Schoolhouse Services and Staffing as a Permanent Substitute Teacher and Program Coordinator. She ended this employment after being given an opportunity to return to AT&T as an Information Technology Consultant/Business Project Manager working for NextGen Information Services located in St. Louis, MO. This employment ended in 2006.
She has a Bachelor of General Studies Degree from Wayne State University and a Master of Science Administration

Tiffany Welton, SecretaryMs. Welton currently serves as the Long Term Care Ombudsman for Macomb and St. Clair counties, where she advocates for residents in nursing homes and other facilities by investigating and resolving complaints about care, rights, and dignity, as well as advocating for systemic changes in laws and policies of the long-term care system. Ms. Welton is excited to be a new admission to the PACE Academy’s Board of Directors. She looks forward to bringing her support and passion for knowledge, resources, and advocacy to the board and the students, parents, and families of PACE Academy.
Ms. Welton has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from the University of Michigan and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Grand Canyon University, as well as a certification in Baking and Pastry Arts from Oakland Community College.

Aaron Hall, MemberAaron Hall is Vice President of the Detroit Market at CHN Housing Partners, where he leads the organization’s work in Detroit, including affordable housing development, housing preservation, property management, residential mortgage lending, and serving as Network Administrator for the Detroit Housing Network (DHN). His work focuses on aligning housing strategy with community needs and strengthening partnerships across Detroit’s housing ecosystem.
Previously, Aaron served as Director of U.S. State Government Affairs at BorgWarner and as Vice President of Community Engagement and Strategy at Compass Strategies, supporting public-sector, nonprofit, and corporate clients, including the City of Detroit, Henry Ford Health, and the Detroit Pistons. Earlier in his career, he spent nearly a decade with the City of Detroit as a City Council Community Liaison.
Aaron is a graduate of Renaissance High School and Ohio Northern University and is a recipient of the Michigan Chronicle 40 Under 40 and the City of Detroit Spirit of Detroit Award.
